We are currently looking out for Database Administrators; please find the requirements below:

This position requires strong technical, communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to engage and interact with numerous external teams. The ideal candidate would be a blend of top notch database administrator and developer. If you possess a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and a passion for automating administration tasks, then this is the position for you. Candidates should be able to demonstrate deep competency in most or all of the requirements listed below:

* 2+ years of experience as a database administrator in a role with responsibility for installation, maintenance, tuning, security and high availability of database server infrastructures.
* 2+ years of database administration or development experience supporting large scale internet hosted applications running Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 .
* 2+ years developing and architecting database applications and code.
* Strong, hand-on system administration experience in Microsoft Windows (Server 2003/2008, IIS Manager), storage systems (SAN and NAS), load balancers and virtualized environments (VMware vSphere, Amazon AWS).
* Demonstrable experience with designing, deploying and maintaining monitoring solutions (Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti, etc).
* Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud computing technologies and trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent information management practices, such as thorough documentation, usage of wikis, blogs and other collaboration tools.
