Qualification Summary
_ At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics,
preferably from IITs / Top RECs
_ 1-3 years of Java/J2EE development


Required Skill Set
_ Advanced Javascript, CSS 2/3, HTML, D/XHTML, XML, DOM Concepts
_ Familiarity with Javascript Library such as jQuery would be a plus
_ Experience with web frameworks like JSF/Struts is expected
_ Rich & Dynamic Effects
_ Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications
_ Sense for appeal & aesthetics from a usability perspective
_ Cross-Browser compatibility issues
_ Adobe Photoshop or Flash technology, a plus
_ Experience with e-business/e-commerce applications and business environment is a
must.
_ Any experience with internet companies or the travel industry will be a plus.
