* Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Skilled in.ASP.Net, C#, MySQL, AJAX.
* Minimum Experience required 1.5 years in ASP.NET and C#.
* Knowledge of ServiceStack framework is an advantage.
* Setup of IIS 7, SQL Server/MySQL required.
* Clear knowledge of attributes, threading, cryptography is required.
* Knowledge of Database/ORM mappers is an advantage.
* Knowledge of REST/JSON web services is an advantage.
* Knowledge of third party controls like DevExpress or Telerick for ASP.NET would be an advantage.

* In depth knowledge of programming methodology.
