Essential duties and responsibilities: 
* As a member of the Core Engineering team, SW Engineer position is responsible for SW design, development and testing activities for complex enterprise grade SW product. 
* This position works collaboratively to analyze, design, code and debug complex software programs. 
* Accountable to execute aggressive schedules that meet stringent demands for quality, functionality, supportability, usability, and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile:
* B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or higher in Computer Science / Electronics or related discipline. 
* Prefer someone with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in software development for high-technology products with a demonstrated track record of achievement.
* Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
* Strong engineering competence, including the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly. 
* Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
* Good to have exposure to SW development lifecycle.
* Should be growth oriented, confident and self-starter 

Mandatory Technical Skills:
* Programming languages: C & C++. 
* Real-time systems software development.
* Application development in multithreaded and multi process environment. 
* Experience with integrated development environments and source control tools strongly preferred. 

Desired Technical Skills:
* Application development for handheld devices or Windows CE platforms or Linux platform
* Device driver development for handheld devices or Windows CE platforms or Linux platform
* Networking protocols and topologies.
